Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Returned in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Certain items cannot be returned, including customized products, gift cards, and final sale items.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is the result of our mistake, return shipping costs will be covered.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
